Original Glow reserves the right to cancel, refuse, adjust, or limit any order, and to cancel or modify any subscription, where we reasonably determine that an offer is being misused. Misuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts; ordering multiple introductory items; using multiple email addresses, shipping addresses, or payment methods to claim an offer more than once; reseller or bulk activity; or any use inconsistent with the intent of the offer. Where an order is cancelled under this section, any shipping charges will be handled in accordance with this policy. We may update, limit, or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

If you’re not happy with your experience, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How It Works

1. Email us at hello@originalglowskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. A member of our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions or, in some cases, a refund without needing to send the product back.
4. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The Fine Print

• Only first-time purchases of Active Restore Cream, Reset Face Cleanser, The Protocol, or The Original System are eligible for the 30-day guarantee.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds cover the amount you paid for the product. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.
• Any item that is free or sold at an introductory price under a promotional offer is not eligible for the 30-day guarantee. Other items in the same order that were purchased at regular price remain eligible.
