Misuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts; ordering multiple free items; using multiple email addresses, shipping addresses, or payment methods to claim the offer more than once; reseller or bulk activity; or any use inconsistent with the intent of the offer. Where an order is cancelled under this section, any shipping charges will be handled in accordance with this policy. We may update, limit, or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

- A member of our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions or, in some cases, a refund without needing to send the product back.
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The Fine Print
- Only first-time purchases of the the Original System, the Protocol or Active restore Cream are eligible for the 30-day guarantee.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.
