Not exactly. While it provides hydration, Active Restore Cream is not a traditional moisturizer. Its primary role is to support biological balance, microbiome health, and barrier function. Hydration is a benefit, not the main goal.
Active Restore Cream contains live probiotic cultures. Live probiotics cannot survive in preserved, shelf-stable formulas. Mixing activates the cultures while keeping the formula preservative free, allowing them to remain biologically active during use.
To activate Active Restore Cream, first add the Glow Dust and Pure Essence to the jar. Mix briefly to combine. Then add room temperature water up to the inner ridge line.
Room temperature water is important. Cold or refrigerated water can make the cream harder to mix and may cause clumping. Bottled or distilled water is preferred, but clean tap water is acceptable.
After adding water, stir for 30 to 40 seconds, or until your desired cream consistency is reached.
Before sealing the jar, do not touch the cream with your fingers. Because the formula contains no preservatives, introducing bacteria before sealing can contaminate the product. Once sealed properly, the system is protected and ready for daily use.
For optimal freshness and activity, we recommend using the cream within 30 days of mixing. Internal testing shows the product remains viable for up to 60 days when stored in the refrigerator.
